Welcome to the "Sweet Science" of Boxing

A common question: "What do I wear?"

Answer is to wear whatever you feel comfortable workout in.  We do get sweaty and we will get on the ground, so dress accordingly.

We also try to get outside whenever we get a change. Come ready to sweat!

If you are new to working out - relax! You can workout at your own pace.
Come check us out. That is the best way to learn what we have to offer.    

If interested in boxing for your child 13 or younger, bring them in on Monday or Wednesday so they can see what our young boxers do.  

​We start kids as young as  8 years old.
